The location was perfect and magnificent for walking around a public park.

All the facilities are good, fairly clean hotel, its location is incredible in bar & restaurant hopeless. The staff about both staff members.

Enjoyed our stay for one night. It was a great Christmas experience here, and we're definitely planning to come back. 👍

Modern venue, fantastic location very close to great restaurants and the centre of town and all the restaurants and bars, enjoyed our stay. The continental breakfast was excellent with variety of items to choose from. Supper friendly staff 

The rooms here are great! They are very well-kept and have a really nice design with a super comfortable king-size bed, a balcony, and a shared bathroom. 🌟

Hotel staff were excellent. We stopped in their Swanky Suite on the top floor and it was great. The location was perfect for shopping and food.

The bar staff at night were very busy making cocktails and as such there was times when you had to wait to be served.

We stayed here before now and will be back. We had a continental breakfast, which was lovely. The room was nice cozy, with safe and lovely views. Thoroughly enjoyed the location to Galway's attractions.  

The breakfast is served in the restaurant! The rooms are really well appointed and well decorated and the continental breakfast offered has a lot of dishes.

The location of hotel is fantastic for exploring a museum and main street walking distance to the venue. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and bars. We will be back and would recomand this place to anyone, truly enjoyed it. 

Exceptional service for our classy hen. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Beautiful hotel with incredibly comfortable rooms. Convenient location for the city center. Delicious food options. 

The decor in the hotel is very nice, great bedrooms, showers etc and the staff were excellent. Good value for money in food also.

Central location very convenient for nights out or shopping, a good base to explore the city. Reduced price parking at multistorey about 200 yards away. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Wireless internet worked very well. 

The rooms here are nicely furnished and have all the amenities you need, like coffee/tea makers, a writing desk, and an iron/ironing board.

we had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The hotel was very close to the area where there are lots of pubs restaurants bistro's and street entertainers. Most of these were on a pedestrian only street. The hotel restaurant was very warm helped by excellent food
